What is Loveabowl?
Loveabowl is a meal delivery service. Meals are delivered as rarely or as often as you choose. Loveabowl works on a pre-order basis so that no food is wasted. Meals are booked and paid for in advance of us buying the ingredients.
The Loveabowl mission is to give you a night off – not just from cooking but also from any decision making. Loveabowl carefully curate the menus so you get just that – a nourishing and balanced meal to help you unwind and relax after a long day. Loveabowl meals are enough for 2 people and usually consist of a vegetable side or salad, a main curry/stew or chilli, a dal/rice or lentil dish and a snack portion.
Our globally inspired menus change weekly and are completely plant based & suitable for a vegan diet.
Loveabowl works on a trust basis. We deliver your meal in one of our tiffin containers and we trust that you will look after the tiffin until we come to collect. If you are a regular customer then you will be able to keep the tiffin until the following week if you choose to order the following week and we will swap it over.
Please wash your Tiffin after use and before we collect it – simply pop it in your dishwasher or hand wash with your regular washing-up liquid.
We charge £20 per tiffin meal which is enough for 2 hungry people or for 2 large serves. The tiffin containers belong to Loveabowl and we do not charge for the use of these.
We expect our customers to look after our tiffins so that we can continue to re-use them again and again.
We would like to alert you to the fact that the kitchen we use for production and packing may also contain low levels of the following allergens: Soya; Sesame; Gluten, Sulphates and Mustard.

Please consume your food within 3 days.
How to heat up your tiffin
Your tiffin will arrive hot. However, if you would like to eat later, simply place the tins directly in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes or decant to reheat in a microwave for 4-5 minutes on high.
Please don’t reheat the metal tins in the microwave.
Please ensure your food is piping hot before you consume it.
When & where does Loveabowl deliver?
We deliver our tiffin meals between 17:00-20.00 on Fridays, to BN1, BN2 and BN3.
What if I'm not at home?
You can let us know a safe space to leave your tiffin, but please be aware that we cannot be held responsible if your food is cold or goes missing if we have been told to leave it in your preferred spot. If we have not been told a safe spot and you are not in, we do not offer a refund.
Refunds & Cancellations
We cook to order to make sure that we are completely waste free, and for this reason we do not offer a refund if you change your mind. That being said, if you give us enough notice we will do our best to accommodate and offer you another delivery date or a refund.
If you have been issued a refund, it should reach your bank within 10 working days.
Please note that each meal may contain nuts, soy, cereals, celery, mustard, lupins, sulphites, sesame seeds and other possible allergens. Please check the label on the tiffins if you have any allergies.
