A combination of squash, tomato, celery and red lentils in a richly flavoured sauce.
Warming flavours of cinnamon, ginger and turmeric with added chopped dates and raisins for sweetness. Topped with parsley and coriander.

Spiced carrot, mint & almond salad

Simple but oh so delicious! It is a dish that is so more-ish that also benefits from being packed full of goodness. What more can you ask?
With grated sweet carrots, fresh chickpeas, raisins & mint with a citrus dressing flavoured with ginger, cinnamon, allspice and cumin, and topped with toasted flaked almonds.
